If you are planning to attend the Region 2 rally, don’t hesitate to send in your registration as the number of sites is limited.
As you know, each Unit in Region 2 has a responsibility to help with the running of the Rally. Don McKelvay has been organizing the tasks for each Unit and suggested that our Unit handle two items: the sale of Rally Plaques, and the set up for Breakfast on Saturday.
The Plaque sales will require a few people for 3 hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The breakfast will require two people for setup on Friday night and four or more on Saturday morning for two hours starting at 7 AM.
I am going to assume that our Unit will be able to handle the work for now. I will have to verify attendance and assignments as the rally nears. Let the President know if you will attend if possible.
